We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping AUS. wide on all orders (free shipping on orders over $150.00)
Your shipping rates will be added to your total during checkout.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders will be dispatched within 7 business days, most being dispatched same day.*
Our orders are sent via AusPost (PO Box) and/or Courier Services (such as Aramex), and each order is sent with a tracking number. This will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. All PO Box orders will be sent via AusPost.
Local pickup is available from Bellbird, NSW. Please select local pickup location at the checkout to remove the shipping charge from your order. Once your order has been completed, we will notify you via email.
Please note; if you select 'Local Pickup' and you do require postage, an invoice will be sent to you for your postage amount, and no items will be sent prior to payment being received.
*Any purchase made in a sale event/peak period will incur up to 14 business day turnaround on dispatch due to the increased volume of orders we receive in these events.
DAMAGES / RETURNS

In the event that any of your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. In order to reissue the package, we will require notification of the damages within 48 hours via email: hello@manahomebathbody.com
Please note: A photograph of the damaged items may be requested prior to your inquiry being resolved.
